We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Academic Coordinator at School of Enablers. The Academic Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the academic programs and initiatives of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement academic policies and procedures in alignment with the school's mission and educational standards.
  • Coordinate curriculum development and assessment activities in collaboration with teaching staff.
  • Oversee the implementation of educational programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with academic goals.
  • Monitor student progress and academic performance, providing support and intervention as needed.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancing academic outcomes.
  • Coordinate professional development opportunities for teaching staff to enhance instructional practices and promote continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with parents, students, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and support student success.
  • Maintain accurate records and data related to academic programs, student performance, and assessment results.
  • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education to inform decision-making and drive innovation within the academic program.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master's degree in Education or related field.
  • Professional certification in educational leadership, administration, or relevant area.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic coordination, educational administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, assessment, and program management.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
